Lead architect for active hill projects. Five to eight years' experience. Comfortable with passive thermal modelling, watershed-sensitive site planning, and the realities of building in Himachal. Based in Chandigarh with hill site visits.
Run the on-site estate operations for Kasauli Green Phase I and (from 2027) Phase II. Hospitality background preferred. Local language fluency, named-relationship sourcing, and the patience to do the same job consistently.
Buyer liaison role — first call, document review walk-through, PoA coordination, repatriation Q&A. Real-estate or finance background. Either Dubai or Montreal domicile.
