1. Who we are

Vamika Builders. ("Vamika", "we", "our", "us") is a real-estate developer registered in India. CIN U70109CH2020PTC042815. Registered office: 703, 1st Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh 160101.

2. Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry form: name, phone, email, country of residence, project of interest, and any free-text note you choose to share.

When you visit the site: standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamp.

When you book a virtual session: the above plus your scheduling preferences and timezone.

3. How we use it

Your data is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, or send a project sheet.
• Provide post-handover estate operations and warranty service for owners.
• Send the Section 118 NRI guide (if requested) or other documents you opted into.
• Comply with legal obligations — RERA, GST, income-tax, AML/KYC where applicable.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party brokers. We do not use it to retarget you with ads.

4. Who we share it with

Limited disclosure only to:

• External counsel (for title verification and document review on transactions).
• RERA authority (for project-level filings, only data legally required).
• Banking partners (for escrow account operations).
• Email and CRM service providers under signed data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of communications at any time.
• Grievance — raise a concern with our designated grievance officer.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Owner data (post-handover): for the duration of the warranty period and applicable tax retention (typically 8 years). Server logs: 90 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for the site to function. Analytics cookies (anonymised) only with your consent via the cookie banner. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. International transfers

Your data is stored on servers located in India. NRI buyer data routed via our Dubai or Montreal liaison desks is handled under the same DPDP Act standards.

9. Children's data

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, write to privacy@vamikabuilders.com and we will delete it immediately.
