Terms of Use

Terms governing use of the Vamika Builders website (vamikabuilders.com) and the services described on it. Please read before submitting an enquiry or transacting.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh.

2. Information accuracy

Project information on this site is indicative and subject to change. Specifications, configurations, dimensions, materials, and prices are subject to revision per applicable RERA approvals and project-specific agreements. The most recent agreement of sale and the registered RERA disclosure prevail over any content on this website.

3. Visuals and renderings

Floor plans, renders, photographs, and videos are artistic representations of design intent. Constructed product may differ. Where an image is a render, it is labelled as such (for example, "Phase I render"). For verified, post-handover photography, refer to specific project pages or request a project sheet.

4. No offer or contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or contract. Any sale or allotment shall be governed exclusively by the agreement of sale and other documents executed between Vamika Builders. and the buyer, in accordance with applicable RERA regulations.

5. RERA compliance

All active Vamika projects are registered with the relevant state Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Project-specific RERA registration numbers are displayed on each project's dedicated page. The state RERA portal is the source of truth for project schedule, escrow, and approvals.

For HP-state projects, the Himachal Pradesh RERA portal is the authoritative reference. For Punjab-state projects, the Punjab RERA portal applies.

6. NRI and overseas buyers

Information for non-resident Indian buyers, including Section 118 (HP Tenancy and Land Reforms Act), FEMA, and PoA frameworks, is provided as general guidance. It does not constitute legal or tax advice. NRI buyers are advised to consult independent counsel before transacting. Vamika provides documentation drafted by external counsel; we do not advise on individual circumstances.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photography, renders, design system, the Vamika mark and wordmark — is the property of Vamika Builders. unless explicitly credited otherwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. Press use is permitted with attribution; please write to press@vamikabuilders.com.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (state RERA portals, banking partners, professional bodies). Vamika is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those external sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vamika is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid by you to Vamika under the relevant agreement of sale.

10. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, used, and protected under India's DPDP Act 2023.

11. Modifications

We may revise these terms periodically. The current version is always posted at vamikabuilders.com/terms.html with the effective date at the top of the page.
